The Spright app

Your personal companion for life’s ups and downs

Check in with how you feel, talk things through with Ekō, write in your journal, and turn to a calming tool or a crisis line when you need one.

Coming soon. Spright will be available on the App Store and Google Play.

It’s still being tested, so you can’t download it just yet.

For adults 18+

About Ekō and your data

Ekō is an AI, not a person. It’s here to support you, not to replace professional care.

Spright doesn’t save your everyday chats. You choose if it keeps your Safe Space chats, encrypted on your phone first, so you can read them again, and short notes of how you feel, so you can see what comes up. To help Ekō find the right words, it shares your chats with Claude, an AI from Anthropic in the United States, plus things like your nickname and, if you keep check-ins, your recent moods. Anthropic’s terms say it doesn’t train its AI on what Spright sends.

None of this is shared until you say yes, and you can change your mind any time. Voice is a separate yes: OpenAI turns your recordings into text, and ElevenLabs turns Ekō’s replies into speech, both in the United States. Spright deletes recordings and spoken replies from your phone, usually as soon as they’ve been used.
